    Quotations are invited from Book Suppliers for supply of Books on “Introduction to Econometrics” by G.S. Maddala and Kajal Lahiri, Wiley, 4th edition/ (ML) for Term-IV course "Econometric Methods”. Following details are required while submitting the quotation:

    1. Price per book.

    2. Percentage of discount.

    3. Expected date of delivery from date of closing of this tender.

    4. Free delivery of books at the Institute preferably during working hours.

    5. The excess copy of the above book will have to take back from the Institute.

    6. Penalty will be imposed for failure of delivery on time

    Please note that the Vendors will have to compulsorily submit the copy of the Procurement Invoice at the time of delivery of the book. A line of confirmation to this effect is to be given at the time of submission of quotation. For non-sub mission of copy of the Procurement Invoice at the time of delivery of the books, a financial penalty to the extent of 10% deduction on the final bill will be imposed.

    NOTICE INVITING TENDER

    Tender No: NIT/IIMC/Hiring of LED Wall Display/68/2015-16 Dated February 23, 2016

    Sealed tenders are invited from Firms/Vendors having credential and sound experience for providing LED Wall Display on hiring basis for Convocation of an academic Institute like IIMs, IITs, and University etc. LED Wall Display will be installed on both sides of the AC Tent during Convocation 2016 on 2nd April, 2016.

    Dimension of each LED Wall Display: Length: 32 ft. and Width: 10 ft.

    Firms/Vendors are requested to submit their sealed tenders along with the copies of Trade License & PAN to the Office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase) located in Administrative Building, (Ground floor), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, D.H. Road, Joka, Kolkota-700104 by 2.00 P.M. on 3rd March, 2016.

    The tenders will be opened on 3rd March 2016 at 2.15 P.M.at the Office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase) in presence of authorized attending representatives of the bidders.

    The LED Wall Display must be installed on both sides of the AC Tent on March 31, 2016 for inspection by Institute’s Competent Authority.

    The selected Firm/Vendor must ensure that the quality of LED Wall Display should be satisfactory and should be at par or better compared with the quality of LED Wall Display installed during previous Convocation.

    The selected Firm/Vendor must ensure that their technicians are available during the whole process from March 31, 2016 till completion of the Convocation.
