Empanelment of firms/vendors

Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (hereinafter referred to as IIM Calcutta or IIMC) invites sealed applications for empanelment of Programme Kit suppliers from interested firms/vendors having experience and credentials for supply of “Stationery Kit” (bag, writing pad, plastic folder, pen and certificate folder) for its Executive Education Programmes.
Detailed scope of work is mentioned in Annexure I &II (enclosed).
Interested firms/vendors may submit their applications duly filled-in along with all supporting documents to the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase). The last date of receipt of application for empanelment is 10th March, 2017 by 2.00 p.m. The applications will be opened on the same date at 2.15 p.m. at the office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase) in presence of authorised representatives of the firms/vendors, who may wish to attend.
Applications complete in all respects must be submitted in sealed envelope which may be delivered by hand or sent by registered mail to IIM Calcutta at the addressed mentioned below, super-scribing on the envelope “Applications for empanelment for supply of “Stationery Kit” (bag, writing pad, plastic folder, pen and certificate folder) for IIMC’s Executive Education Programmes”. IIM Calcutta in no case will be held responsible for late delivery or loss of the documents in transit.
