    Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) invites online bids (e-tender) in two bids systems from Category “A” Internet Service Provider (ISP) for the following services:
    Online tender is invited for uncompressed, unfiltered, unshared Internet Leased Line (ILL: - a 200 Mbps) through fiber optics that will be terminated in MUXs (to be installed by ISP on their own cost) one in the Ground Floor Computer Centre for the duration of 1 year which may be further extended up to maximum 2 years on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance with same terms and conditions and as per future requirements of the Institute. The leased lines from the ISP’s MUXs will be terminated at IIMC’s layer 3 switch/CPE installed at Computer Centre using CAT6 (or higher) UTP cable.

    Tender for “Digital Academic Platform (DAP) for Synchronous Online Delivery of Classes”.
    Online tenders are invited for providing a digital academic platform (DAP) to support the transition of regular classroom sessions, in-class seminars to a synchronous online mode. Faculty will be delivering lectures online in real time from their workstations to students stationed across the country according to a timetable prepared in advance by the MBA, MBAEx and PGPEX-VLM office. In addition, the DAP must provide the capability to organize interaction sessions among the faculty and the students outside of the classroom.
    The DAP should offer a single sign-in to a learning management system to enable students to attend live sessions using an integrated video conferencing solution, access course materials, and submit assignments/projects as uploaded by instructors/teaching assistants. The DAP should be able to support close to 1000 students and faculty members, and approximately 100 courses with system concurrency requirements of at least 15 simultaneous sessions.
